Rtn. Dr. Dheeraj K Bhargava, Founder & Chairman of RHAM Foundation, is a distinguished social leader committed to uplifting marginalized sections of society, particularly underprivileged women and children. A strong advocate for social equality, Dr. Bhargava’s journey began in 2013 after his father’s passing, which deepened his resolve to make a meaningful impact.

Coming from a middle-class background, Dr. Bhargava has a diverse academic foundation with a B.Com, an MA in Economics, an LLB, and a PhD. His contributions have been recognized extensively, with awards from Anandiben Patel, Governor of Uttar Pradesh, in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Additionally, he was honored by Harish Rawat, former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, for his commitment to providing free animation education to students in the region. Dr. Bhargava’s work has earned him numerous national and international accolades, reflecting his dedication to creating positive, lasting change.
